A drag harrow is a soil cultivation implement that is used to smooth the ground soil after it's been plowed. It has flexible iron teeth arranged in rows. It doesn't have hydraulic capacities and has to be adjusted through manual levers. It's often considered an outdated farm implement as some growers have switched over to using disc harrows.
