I believe the Laserguard LG-493 advertised on that page is made for the PT111 & PT140 which don't have the rail and it is not made for the PT145 that has the rail.You are referring to Para Ordnance magazines for the P14-45 (14 and 15 rds), P13-45 (13 rds), P12-45 (12 rds), and P10-45 (10 rds) The P12-45 and P10-45 mags are too short to fit the PT145.
