Jan 17, 2022 · Posted January 17, 2022. Asking here because I've seen so many threads that are 50/50 on the matter. Can anyone confirm if I can use cryo pods to deploy dinos in the tek cave on PVE? I saw some videos of people doing it on the ledge before the cold zone (the bit before the teleporter to the hall of history). The wiki also confirms this. Take 50 rex's 2 gigas and a yuti. In order to face the Overseer you need to clear the Tek Cave and the 3 guardians. You will need a bred, imprinted and mutation stacked army of 20 creatures, including 1 yuty and possibly a daedon to heal. The top choices are rex and theris. I spawned the ALPHA Tek Cave and entered. I had a velonasaur in cryo pod and tried to deploy it in the entire cave with no luck.
