Got a lot of obstacles to overcome (mainly wiring-don't have the donor XJ bulkhead harness) and the one that I am working on right now is the fuel delivery.As recommended above, if one is bad, you should replace them all. Disconnecting the vacuum line to the regulator has no effect on the pressure. I took the old metal tank out of my 89 and used a 20 gallon tank for a 94 or 95 YJ with the in tank pump. It needed a supply and return line so I used a corvette regulator mounted to the frame back by the tank therefore only running one line forward to the fuel rail.
