I was recommended this ted talk, done by Paul Stamets, a mycologist, on what he is doing and discovering to fix our planet’s issues. He came up with solutions to problems that we have, all involving mushrooms. I feel like most people don’t really know that much about mushrooms, it might be a topping on a pizza but that is about it.
